Loop Church is an open and affirming Reformed church in the city of Chicago.
We gather weekly for shared worship and fellowship that seeks to be welcoming, authentic, and socially-engaged.
We are committed to being a safe church in which differences are respected and vulnerabilities are honored so that all people can worship and experience the love of God and can better love their neighbor.
Our Worship
We gather together at 10 AM as a worshiping community at East West University (829 S Wabash) in the 4th floor auditorium. On the first Sunday of each month we gather in the Teacher’s Lounge at the end of the hall on the fourth floor for our Brunch Service!
Our worship is structured by a liturgy that orders our singing songs of praise, confessing our sins, lamenting injustice, and celebrating God’s faithfulness. Often there is an open time for sharing prayer requests and discussion before or after the sermon. We are believe that we are people who are nourished by God’s Word, Jesus Christ, and celebrate the Lord’s Supper at each service.
